Goodday,
I had some trouble getting my Aion to display english instead of chinese.
This is the fix, Inxile already said it. But i think this is the reason why people arent getting the english translation to work.
Make sure your Windows Regional Language Setting are not Chinese (NOR ANYTHING ELSE) but in English US
Mine were set to Dutch, so the English pack didnt work. I set them to English US and it works straight away.
Where are the people from? That have the language issues. They are probably outside the US, so there regional settings are set the whatever region they are from.
I guess its worth giving a try
