been changing forums around, i figure with our 2 year anniversary, changes is good!

-added L2 Private Server Forum
-added subforum Clan Announcements
-renamed Lineage II to Lineage 2 Retail
-removed L2 Fraps and L2 Clan subforums
-moved Not Safe For Work, Entertainment Links, Arcade Discussion to sub forums of General forums
-renamed General OT Forums to General Off Topic Forums
-edited various descriptons of the forums
-removed WoW forums, they were dead like over a year ago
-added Aion: Fraps and Aion: Trading forums (for future use with Aion)
-added Access Request Forum (in prep for getting wigglr to modify user permission so new registers only have access to that forum, and have to be approved for full access)

IMO its not a good idea to merge NSFW and general forums.
Reason:
Klicking on latest thread on the main page can bring u to a NSFW-thread without warning.

Change is good. Like doing lots of chicks instead of one chick lots of times.
