Am I being unreasonable?

My boss hired a part-time worker to help me
In her resume she is experienced enough for the job, that's why we hired her and agreed to pay her $20/hr for an A/R position.
It's been 5 days that she is working with me and everytime she comes in. She doesn't have a clue on what to do.
I provided her a step by step print-out on what to do and she still doesn't get it.
I have to continually watch what she's doing and supervise her all the time.
I have to keep telling her what to do and what to do next. And this is all written out on the print-out that I gave her.
I gave her a spreadsheet that has formulas in it and all she gotta do is replace the number in the yellow cells, but she erased the formulas :(.
She doesn't even know how to do the addition and subtraction in excel, she is using the calculator, so I taught her how to do it.
She is not familiar with the calculator too!
I am tired of constantly telling her what to do when I only taught her 2 things to do. A work that will take me less than an hour to do it and it will take her 4 hours to do it!!!! grrrrr

Am I expecting too much if I expect her to learn fast. Considering that she have the print-out in-front of her?
