OK, I'm out of the country soon until the 19th. I put this place up as a stop gap until I get back and I can take more time to make this place more permanent.

Some points about what is planned:

* vBulletin, with a complete import of data from this forum into the vBulletin one
* New domain? I'm not fussed here, but a vBulletin license can only be for 1 domain. We either stick with this address or decide on a new one. EDIT: we'll be themondrated.com
* Skins, look around, see what you like... It's easier for me if we use the same general layout as innercircle's one, it's very easy to add in different colour settings for it and it would mean updating the two forums would be the same process
* virtual arcade/points - require vBulletin and also a bit of setting up more than just plonking them there.. they'll come eventually with accruing points being there first

Also, if we do have a domain, what will it be called? I'll leave that up to the community.

With regards to mondrators... obviously, while I'm on holiday (vacation) I won't be able to remove anything that gets posted which is offensive.

I am for pretty liberal forum rules, post what you like as long as it's not the shit like dead babies/people/animals, etc. There is a line we really don't need to cross.

A few people have offered their services, but this forum software isn't the easiest to moderate. It requires you to read every post or have people tell you when someone posts that picture of a guy with his head hanging off.

These forums are open in the sense that anyone can join and post, so I do need the help... vbulletin really does make this so much easier. That said, 2 of the other forums I host (ICA and an Off Topic one for the people I met on blizzard's diablo2 sorc forums) really don't need any moderation at all.

Basically, the only moderation I really want is sick images being removed and keylogger links getting deleted. That kind of thing.
