There's a video on YouTube with the real Chopper commenting on that guys impersonation. He says that guy is impersonating Eric Banna impersonating Chopper.

Mark 'Chopper' Reed is a famousish Australian hitman. Eric Bana played the part of Chopper in a 'based on the true story' movie called 'Chopper', about the exploits of Mr. Reed.
