As some of you know I'm sure, I used to run Synergames.com, a direct competitor to IGN.
That host screwed me. Constant down time killed my site, and after a wave of e-mails asking why I don't just close the site, I did.
Exactly a month later IGN went to a subscription based site (exactly a month later) and those exact same people begged me to come back.
I didn't because the site was a collaboration and all our files were on the server.

So if you ever think of a host, FUCK dot5hosting.
Even their new plans seem like a scam.
