We started dating September 27th 2002, this September is 5 years together. We met in our college dorm. He was actually my ex-boyfriends next door neighbor in the dorm, and they went to high school together.

Well it wasnt really the highlight of my life, you wrote that post right after I read that post where jadien said she swaps cum with her husband, and I got a mental picture by accident and was about to violently puke all over, so I needed to think of something to get the mental picture out of my mind quick, then I remebered taking that shit earlier and the corn sure made it special it was like little specks of gold in it or something, so I wanted to commemorate that shit for saving me from puking by mentioning it in your marriage thread, congratz on proposal though, you should bridal register at amazon or something maybe someone here will buy you some shit. Well, we were just relaxing on our bed after both of us just got home from work and he was holding me. He got up and said, be right back, he came in and said "I have something for you" and he got down on one knee and gave it to me and asked me to marry him. The whole time I was saying "haha quit fooling around, thats not funny" until I opened the box and I was speechless. Then I said yes, and told him it was beautiful and we laid together for a while just talking. He told me he wanted to plan something big, but I'm not really like that so he didn't, which I am glad.

Gleamor proposed to me in the parking lot of Wal-mart. *laughs* He had the ring for like a week but because I lived in kenosha and he lived n Milwaukee at the time He had to wait till I was up there for the weekened. We had just got done shopping and putting the bags in the car. So I'm sitting there and He's not starting the car. I said ... Did you forget how to drive babe ... giggling at him. He said no ... Thanks, I think we're going to wait about a year or so and get our house or at least save money for one so when were married we'll move into it. Although I still have to plan the wedding in the meantime. My best friend and sister got married last year and I was a maid of honor. Seeing how those weddings were put together...I have a lot to do! One thing I know is I would like a wedding outside.

That sounds really nice. And yes weddings are a lot of work. I ended up being lucky in the fact that my aunt is a wedding cordinator ... and my mom is probably the most creative person I know. So I had tons of help ... and my mom, myself and my sisters made almost everthing for my wedding ... the favors and all the flowers and flower arrangements we did ourself with flowers from Home Interiors (my mom works for them). Which was nice cause I still have my bouquet and Chris' boutiner ... my sisters still have thier flowers and they all look nice. I used Gardenia's and Lilacs ... my favorite flowers. The wedding planning is fun ... just don't get to stressed out and remember ... even if on the day of the wedding if everything isn't EXACTLY how you wanted it ... that's fine, because it's not about just that one day ... It's about the rest of your life with Gaf.

Matt and I don't really have any nice photo's of us together to hang up at our house, or give to our parents and such. I thought this would be a good idea, my friend who recently got married last year did an engagement photo too. We are telling our families on memorial day when were all together that were engaged, so I was thinking of giving the pictures to em then too.

Nuthin tacky ever when taking photos of and with the one you love especially since you'll never look as good as you do now, you need to be able to sit back when your 50 and be like remember that day, damn i was perky back then, remember the day your proposed look at the pictures we took that day, i was sooo much thinner and you were so much better shaped.


No seriously tho, I say take em, The occasion is supurb and expression should be captured on photos because those moments you feel at that moment get captured in the picture. In my opinion take more then just those photos, go wild pictures every moment you can.
