Not sure I mentioned this, but my colleague (php developer) is leaving us at a time where we've been looking for a developer to act as his Junior.
My company have decided to replace him and still get the junior too, but they are thinking of also getting another .NET developer too (my skillset).
I've been asked to head up the team and manage the work load, etc
Sounds interesting, it'd definately look good on my CV
