Gaf works in tech support at National City Bank. He's told me a few stories of idiots...I can't belive how retarded some people are. I could never work in tech support, I would get pissed too easily.

At my job (Pharmacy), someone starts mouthing off or being stupid, we tell em to go else where and/or ignore em. Losing a few customers outta a couple hundred a day is not a big loss.
