I'm tempted to buy some
same, i ordered 1 neodymium magnet on sunday, should get it this tuesday. But i'm only getting it for serious uses, no fooling around here.....ok, maybe for just one day;) Only down side is that they can break easily:|

My cousin is a bounty hunter. He used to use the high quality ones (that are alto harder to break but are only slightly more powerful) to attack GPS devices to target cars.
If the guy was getting away, it was easy to just toss it on top of the car.

Used for stabilization and angular head motors in computer hard drives, neodymium magnets are also popular with hobbyists
