i played the beta ages ago was very buggy still awsome fun thou :D

and yes you need a good computer if you dont have dual core cpu dont even bother downloading/buying :( worst bit was... with the demo if you were playing with someone that say only ran 11fps.... you could run at like 30fps but it was really only 11 so it was all jerky and shit even thou ur system was fine:(

The full version is out on teh interwebs 6gig download kgo :D i havnt gotten around to installing it yet

im not fucking kidding... it gets 60 fps on max quality on an 8800 GTX with a c2d. but on an x1950 pro (card slightly worse than 7900 gtx) it gets 20 fps. 25 fps on medium, both on a c2d...

See, here's where I'm like "oh man, I need to get the absolute best gfx card evahr if I want to play these games".

It really makes me wish I wasn't in college so I could spend the $40k on a new car + a new comp.

i got a 7900gs volt modded to 650/800 and a e6600 conroe @ 3.1ghz = ~35fps on highest fidelity

the game does take a little getting used to but its easy once you get into it. A lot of fun and the units are great at tech 2 and 3. If anyone has the full version give me a shout and we'll set up some mp games. Im playin it on my brothers 8800 and looking for a card that will run it well for the cost.
