Personally, I'm happy with myself. I'm a 6'3" 250lb burly guy. I've always been a big guy and have accepted that I'll be the way I am for the rest of my life. If I could change one thing though, it'd be my teeth. I had braces when I was younger, but didn't wear my retainer like I should have and now I have some crooked teeth :(

I'd consider being a lil shorter. Granted 6'2" isn't that tall, but I've always been taller than most people I know, and it's given me a slouch :(
